How to Get the Woman You Desire Using Simple Hypnosis Techniques: "In a Bar" Part One



In this guide I will show a few very easy techniques that can help you succeed in getting the woman you desire. We all know how this works, you go to a bar site down and drink your whiskey. From the other side you see the perfect woman. She's amazing, she looks just like the girl you dreamed about last night. But why should a girl like that even look at you? Any other day, she wouldnt and you will just find yourself thinking about her later that night when you are all alone in your bed. Saying to your self "I wish I was better looking. I wish I could have a girl like that". Now, lets imagine a better scenario, in this scenario, you find yourself the same night in the same bed after you just had the best sex of your life with the girl of your dreams.

This scenario is not so far away from becoming realty. Read my simple steps system and memorize it. Then, the next you are in a bar, try them out and see for your self how good they work.

Step one: Prepare yourself. The most important step in getting the woman of your dreams is: believing you can. Easier said then done. Only a small part of the population has the gift of high self confidence. Most of them already have their dream girl and they most likely dont even read this article. You, like me, dont have this gift so we have to trick ourselves into believing we do. What we do in this step is convince our subconscious mind that we have a lot of self confidence, then, we just allow our subconscious mind to do the job for us and affect our conscious mind to do the same. Let us start the process:

1. Since you are in a bar, it will be best if you are a little bit drunk for starters. Buy yourself a drink. Dont drink beer because it is filled up with carbohydrates that will most likely make you heavy and will decrease your motivation to do something. Dont drink wine because most chances are that it will make you sleepy and unfocused. I found out that the best way to reach the desired level of self confidence is by drinking a shot or two of clean, good quality alcohol (quality vodka or whiskey will do the job) but try it out yourself and find what best suits you. Make sure you have a bottle of water next to it and a glass of cola. The water is to make sure the alcohol level doesnt go up too fast and the soft drink helps because of the CO2 in it that helps you feel better faster. The best way to make sure you are in the correct state of mind is by noticing that your lips are a bit numb and your eyes are a bit red. Now we are ready to continue.

2. Take 3 long breaths. And relax on your chair. Then search for a far away lit spot (this can be a far away candle or lamp). Concentrate on that spot. Try to blink as little as you can. You will soon enough feel that you are getting out of focus.

3. Inhale deeply and exhale deeply. While you do so, imagine the girl sitting on the other side. Make sure you create the details in your mind as realistic as possible. Then imagine yourself getting up from your sit and walking over to her. Now imagine her looking at you and smiling. Imagine your self smiling back at her and starting a conversation. The conversation is going great and you even made a few jokes that made her laugh. (you should know that you are doing this right if you get a little smile on your face while doing it). Then, imagine her touching your hand while she talks and you asking her if you can sit next to her and she offcourse agrees. Dont forget to keep inhaling and exhaling deeply while you imagine all that.

4. After you finish running the scenario in your mind, take 3 long breaths and thats it. You are mentally ready to get up and talk to her. Wait! Dont do it just yet. We still have some rules and steps to follow.

The most common use of hypnotherapy is to remedy maladies like obesity, smoking, pain, ego, anxiety, stress, amnesia, phobias, and performance but many others are also treated by hypnosis.
