Quit Smoking Now with Hypnosis



The most important factor is a personal desire to quit smoking cigarettes. If they are looking for ways to stop smoking because someone else is constantly telling them to stop then it is unlikely that hypnosis or any other method will enable them to stop. You have to desire the change in situation yourself.

So, once you have made the decision to stop smoking, what do you do next? Well, all the products on the marketplace tend to revolve around replacing your addiction to one product (cigarettes) with addiction to another (patches, gum etc.) Once you have made the transition to a more socially acceptable addiction you can then wean yourself off of these new drugs.

Rather than take a long and arduous route through the product ranges of various pharmaceutical companies why not tackle the addiction at the source, your unconscious mind.

Every time you have been smoking in the past you have been telling your unconscious mind that smoking is a good thing. It is not your body that has become addicted to the drugs, it is your mind.

This is why it is so important to have the help and support of those around you whenever you are going through a transition. They must help you to reinforce your new desired behavior (being a non-smoker). This will help to teach your unconscious mind quickly and easily through social re-education.

This is why Hypnosis is so effective in tackling this problem. By transmitting the message clearly through to the unconscious mind you are shortening the time required to re-educate it. Your unconscious mind is there to help you, and just as it helped you to become addicted to cigarettes it can help you to release that addiction.

So why not have your mind working for you for a change rather than for the cigarette companies.
