Chakra Meditation for Healing - Pranic or Rainbow Light Breathing

Pranic or Rainbow Light Breathing:

Sit comfortably with your spine erect, close your eyes and begin to focus on your breath. Inhale slowly and allow your lungs to fill with oxygen. Visualize the oxygen you breathe in being filled with the light of Prana, or life force energy.

See this Pranic light, or life force energy, vibrating with all the colors of the rainbow as it fills your lungs and is delivered through your blood stream to all the cells of your body. Visualize this vibrating rainbow light flowing through your blood stream to all the cells of your body.

As you exhale see any toxic residue, like a brownish-grey smoke, leave your energy system. Learning to use your breath to cleanse your energy system is the initial first step to take for Clearing, Balancing and Charging all of your 7 Major Energy Centers, or Chakras.

Your daily thoughts of judgment and emotional reactions to life situations, as well as environmental toxins create a build up of toxic residue which you are now effectively releasing and cleansing from your energy system.

Allow any thoughts or emotions that are being dispelled to come to the surface and leave you. You are cleansing your Mind and Body of toxic, unprocessed cellular debris.

These breathing exercises are a powerful antioxidant stimulus as they increase oxygen to your cells for enhanced nutrition and removal of metabolic waste materials and toxic residue.

Continue to visualize the vibrating rainbow light of prana flowing through your blood stream to all the cells of your body throughout your Chakra Meditation. You are free to work on a single Chakra or more in a session as you have the time and capacity.

To show honor and proper accord to each of your Chakras I encourage you to focus briefly on each Energy Center as you move upward through your Tree of Life to the Chakra on which you intend to focus your attention.

As you become adept at working with your Chakras you may gradually increase the time you focus your attention on each energy center. Initially your focus should be for no more than five minutes duration.

A regular practice of these exercises will result in an increased amplitude for each of your Major Chakras and give you the necessary stamina to dispel life obstacles. Increased amplitude of your energy centers will greatly enhance your vital life force and positively impact your health and longevity.

Your regular practice of these guided visualization and affirmation exercises is a conscious investment you can choose to make in building your personal power which will enable you to direct your Spirit.

As noted previously my Guide to Healing Your Rainbow Bridge includes the related physical, mental and emotional imbalances that result from stagnation or energy blockage for each Chakra.

For example: Emotional stagnation or blockage at your Muladhara or Base Chakra emits an energy frequency that resonates with feeling disconnected from ones tribe, community or family, the sense of not belonging and is accompanied by feelings of frustration, rage and thwarted passion.

Related physical imbalances, include: sciatica, prostrate, uterine, ovarian and hemorrhoid conditions.

Please join me as I guide you to Clear, Balance & Charge Your 1st Chakra - Your Muladhara or Base Chakra. Relax and enjoy the journey through your Rainbow Bridge.

KGS ENDNOTE: There are various systems of Color used to Clear, Balance and Charge your 7 Major Chakras or Energy Centers. The Colors I suggest you use in my Guide to Healing Your Rainbow Bridge are those I have used with good results for many years. It is how you feel during and after your focus and intention to Clear, Balance and Charge each of your 7 Major Chakras that is of most importance, not the Color!

Healing Your Rainbow Bridge - A Guided Chakra Meditation is a gentle and noninvasive holistic health care system used for balancing and synchronizing your body, mind, spirit and emotions to enhance your health and well-being. Please consult with your physician regarding your health concerns.

What is meditation?

Meditation usually refers to a state in which the body is consciously relaxed and the mind is allowed to become calm and focused. Several major religions include ritual meditation; however, meditation itself need not be a religious or spiritual activity. Most of the more popular systems of meditation are of Eastern origin, though there exists also various forms of Christian, Jewish and Muslim meditation.
Meditation as a form of alternative medicine brings about mental calmness and physical relaxation by suspending the stream of thoughts that normally occupy the mind. Generally performed once or twice a day for approximately 20 minutes at a time, meditation is used to reduce stress, alter hormone levels, and elevate one's mood.
A discipline in which the mind is focused on a single point of reference. Employed since ancient times in various forms by all religions, the practice gained greater notice in the post war US as interest in Zen Buddhism rose. Meditation is now used by many nonreligious adherents as a method of stress reduction; known to lower levels of cortisol, a hormone released in response to stress. Enhances recuperation and improves the body’s resistance to disease.
Meditation is an easy and simple way to balance a person's physical, emotional, and mental states. It is easily learned and has been used as an aid in treating stress, anxiety, pain management, and as part of an overall treatment for other conditions including hypertension and heart disease. Research shows that meditation decreases the heart rate, respiratory rate, oxygen consumption, and even decreases blood pressure.
