Red Sea Vegetation and Calcium

Copyright 2006 PillFreeVitamins.com

Red sea plants are found in salt waters, and can be anywhere from 650 feet down to 2000 feet below the surface. They can break easily and so they grow just deep enough. The movement of water in the deeper sections is not as wild as on the surface.

There are over 4000 different species of red sea plants, and most red sea plants are the creators of ocean reefs. Red sea plants are also multi-cellular and secrete calcium carbonate, which is how the reef is made.

Red sea plants have come a long way in the scientific world. In the past, they have been used on pregnant women to keep them and their children strong, they have been used to control blood clotting, and they have been used for other types of ailments.

Scientists are now researching and experimenting with red sea plants, and what they are finding is amazing. The red sea plants are showing amazing abilities to prevent and help defend against so many common illnesses today.

Today over half the population of people over the age of 25 have arthritis. Sea plants are all showing signs of defeating arthritis. People today claim to not have enough time to get their daily intake of calcium and iron, but the two are starting to run low in society today.

Sea plants have larger amounts of calcium and iron in them, along with other minerals and healthy things. So why is it that we are still eating the same junk food, but wishing the same wish, we all want to be healthy, but we all find excuses to get out of it.

Youre too tired today or, the health food is nasty and doesnt fill me up. Todays society is starting to get worse, but sea plants can help turn us around on this track, and steer us right back to that health track.

Sea vegetation in other Cultures

For centuries people have been using sea vegetation as a food source, and as a healing method. All the things that sea vegetation has been used for is mind boggling.

For instance, Japanese people have used sea vegetation for heart problems, kidney problems, and other internal organs. They have used it to cure arthritis, osteoporosis and low blood sugar.

Ancient Greeks have used sea vegetation for body building, to sacrifice to the Greek gods, and as a food source. These two cultures are just a small example of how far back sea vegetation has been used.

Hawaiians have used sea vegetation for food, heart problems, arthritis pains, and a lot more. They even put a certain type of sea vegetation on wounds to prevent infection from occurring.

Cultures that are based around islands and coasts have spent years using sea vegetation to cure ailments, as food sources, and as types of meditation. This evidence shows that sea vegetation is a great source of healing and food.

These cultures have been around for hundreds of years, some have existed solely on sea vegetation. So why do we keep on searching for that miracle pill? When really that miracle pill isnt a pill at all, but is sea vegetation.

Both Japanese and Chinese cultures have used sea vegetation for cancer, tumors, and other deadly diseases. The cure to almost any ailment has been sitting right in front of our eyes, or in this case right under the water, and we just walked right past it.

Now scientists are doing research on the use of sea vegetation for curing cancer and are actually getting good results. We are no longer walking past what has been proven to be the healthiest thing left on our planet.

The world has given its evidence, cultures have used sea vegetation for years, and now we are finally seeing that what has been put on this earth for us to use, is put there for a reason.

What is meditation?

Meditation usually refers to a state in which the body is consciously relaxed and the mind is allowed to become calm and focused. Most of the more popular systems of meditation are of Eastern origin, though there exists also various forms of Christian, Jewish and Muslim meditation.
Meditation as a form of alternative medicine brings about mental calmness and physical relaxation by suspending the stream of thoughts that normally occupy the mind. Generally performed once or twice a day for approximately 20 minutes at a time, meditation is used to reduce stress, alter hormone levels, and elevate one's mood.
A discipline in which the mind is focused on a single point of reference. Employed since ancient times in various forms by all religions, the practice gained greater notice in the post war US as interest in Zen Buddhism rose. Meditation is now used by many nonreligious adherents as a method of stress reduction; known to lower levels of cortisol, a hormone released in response to stress. Enhances recuperation and improves the body’s resistance to disease.
Meditation is an easy and simple way to balance a person's physical, emotional, and mental states.
