Wedding Planning: How To Manage Your Stress - A Divine Stress Free Strategy For Brides

Quiet time and prayer is the perfect antidote to the stress of planning a wedding. Fears, anxieties and reservations are just some of the big peace snatchers that can steal a bride's serenity and joy.

What can you do when you find your stress levels escalating?

What can you do when you find yourself losing sleep over the myriad of wedding details?

What can you do when you are worried sick or angry over people and situations that you have little control over?

What can you do when fears and reservations don't seem to go away?

There is a beautiful and divine way to conquer the fears, anxieties and reservations that are inherent in planning a wedding.

The very best strategy that I have ever discovered for conquering my fears, anxieties and reservations has been to escape briefly from the situation and enter into a moment of quiet time and prayer.

You can create a special prayer book for yourself to help you manage the stress of planning your wedding.

Your prayer book can be as simple as a small notebook that you carry in your purse, a lovely bound journal with lined pages or an original work of art that you create yourself. Creating a prayer book can be lots of fun! The style and design of your wedding prayer book is as unlimited as your imagination!

Each page can be divided up with a section for your prayer and the date of the prayer.

Another section of the page could list how and when the prayer was answered.

By turning your fears, anxieties and reservations into a prayer - you are asking for divine assistance. This is a good thing!

The idea is to ask for divine help with every single thing that is stressing you out!

By tapping into the timeless divine strategy of asking for help and opening your heart to believing the possibilities that are available ... the extraordinary will begin to happen. Soon your fears, anxieties and reservations will disappear and divine solutions will emerge.

"Ask, and it shall be given to you; seek and ye shall find: knock, and it shall be opened unto you." Matthew 7:7 From the best book ever written, The Holy Bible. The true source for every solution.

What is stress?

Stress (roughly the opposite of relaxation) is a medical term for a wide range of strong external stimuli, both physiological and psychological, which can cause a physiological response called the general adaptation syndrome, first described in 1936 by Hans Selye in the journal Nature.
An emotionally disruptive or upsetting condition occurring in response to adverse external influences and capable of affecting physical health which can be characterized by increased heart rate, a rise in blood pressure, muscular tension, irritability and depression. Stress does not cause migraine but can be a migraine "trigger".
A condition in which the organism is subjected to unfavourable or unfamiliar environmental conditions, resulting in some alteration in normal physical functioning. Short-term stress can often be overcome. Long-term stress can reduce resistance to disease and parasites, inhibit self-healing processes, and reduce life-span.
